What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Grant writing and support, including preparing narrative drafts, conducting research, compiling data, and writing narratives
- Budget development and justifications for grant applications
- Managing grants.gov and other online submission procedures
- Data research and analysis for grant applications
- Analyzing RFAs/NOFOs and communicating requirements to clients

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years' experience working with or for health and human service non-profits, preferably in grant writing/development work
- Ability to research and apply analytical skills to support program development
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination, organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of social determinants of health and issues facing marginalized populations
