• Research, identify, and evaluate grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources.
• Develop compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, applications, and reports.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, foundations, and funding partners.
• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

This role directly supports Cash's Crew Rescue's mission to rescue and rehabilitate animals, ensuring sustainable funding to expand their life-saving work.

• Demonstrated success in nonprofit grant writing and securing grant funding.
• Strong written, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with donor cultivation, stewardship, or foundation relations.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Starting at $60,000 annually for a part-time schedule (20-30 hours/week). Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with increased compensation as fundraising goals are achieved. Remote work environment.
