Grant Writer (1099)

• Write grant proposals, letters of inquiry (LOIs), and grant reports
• Translate program information into clear, persuasive narratives
• Incorporate relevant data and updated research into need statements

This role directly supports early literacy programs that build confidence in children and inspire them to dream bigger, fostering academic success and a love of reading.

• Proven experience writing successful grant proposals for education/literacy/family-focused nonprofits
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to work from provided materials and direction (no prospecting or strategy required)
• Open to leveraging an internal AI tool to support content development

1099 contract position. Rate: $75/hour, depending on experience. Flexible, project-based work.
