Grant Program Manager

• Prepare and manage the grant application process, including templates, SOPs, and tribal consultations.
• Score applications, verify eligibility, and execute Memorandums of Agreement.
• Oversee implementation: coordinate with technical advisors, verify equipment installation, process invoices, and disburse funds.
• Maintain grant records, manage budget, and prepare quarterly/closeout reports.

This role directly supports climate action by administering rebates for high-efficiency electric equipment in small nonprofits, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving indoor air quality for vulnerable communities disproportionately affected by climate change.

• Proven track record managing government-funded grant programs of $643,500 or more.
• 5+ years professional experience.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, communicative, and independent.
• Supportive stance toward faith-based nonprofit organizations; ability to pass background check.

Part-time contractor position (20 hrs/week, August 2026–July 2027). Compensation: $50–$65/hour, DOE. Fully remote within Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington. Collaborative team culture with core values of excellence, service orientation, continuous improvement, and equity.
