Mission

What you will drive

  • Define grant activity planning using project-management practices, including GANTT charts and critical path identification.
  • Manage day-to-day project implementation, monitor progress, track performance indicators, and address deviations.
  • Oversee grant narrative reporting, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and coordinating inputs from teams.
  • Review legal instruments for third parties (MoUs, service agreements, grant agreements) and support financial oversight.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Qualification in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous experience managing donor-funded projects or grant writing in an international environment.
  • Experience managing multi-country, multi-year grants with institutional donors.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency with PowerBI, Excel, or other analytical tools.
