Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Contributes to grant activity planning following established project-management practices, including updating GANTT charts and co-identifying critical paths for projects.
- Assists in implementing day-to-day activities for project implementation, including monitoring progress, tracking performance indicators, and addressing deviations.
- Coordinates the grant narrative reporting process, tracking deadlines, reviewing inputs from implementing teams, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
- Supports activities and consultancies for impact measurement, including reviewing MEL consultancies, research projects, and case studies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in managing donor-funded projects and grant writing for non-profit organizations in an international environment.
- Experience with managing multi-country, multi-year grants with institutional donors.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prepare activity plans, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills and desirable experience with PowerBI, Excel, or other analytical tools.
