Core responsibilities:

• Sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent across various departments and levels within the company
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance hiring processes and support organizational growth
• Managing the full cycle recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates
• Maintaining applicant tracking system and ensuring accurate candidate communication

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting with focus on mid-to-senior level roles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and project management skills
