- Assist in planning and implementing programme activities including meetings, workshops, conferences, and field missions
- Contribute to day-to-day communication, coordination, and administrative tasks
- Perform other tasks as required by programme staff

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate school programme (second university degree or higher)
- Preference for post-graduate degrees in international relations, political science, international law, or gender studies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) required; knowledge of other UN languages is an asset
