Graduate Associate UX Designer

• Support end-to-end research initiatives, contributing to discovery, concept testing, and feature validation for the APM (Asset Performance Management) team's B2B industrial data analytics platform.
• Assist in analyzing and synthesizing research findings into clear outputs that support product and design decisions.
• Translate discovery findings into user needs, problem statements, and opportunity areas with guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to light-touch customer segmentation work to inform strategy.

This role contributes to the development of renewable energy solutions by improving the user experience of asset performance management tools, ultimately helping to accelerate the transition to affordable, zero carbon energy.

• Degree in Design, Psychology, Business, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field is desirable.
• Knowledge in renewables is a must.
• High level understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies across discovery, evaluative, and validation phases.
• 1 year experience in a product environment; experience with design & prototype tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
