What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective boards for Governance Mastery
- Conduct outreach (email, calls, meetings) and guide prospects through helpful steps
- Facilitate Governance Mastery workshops (hybrid and/or in-person)
- Maintain contact information and a simple pipeline report, and provide monthly activity summaries

Required skills and experience:
- Strong governance and/or head of school experience
- Strong existing relationships in the Greater Philadelphia and New York City areas
- Strong attention to detail, writing and editing skills, and interpersonal skills
- High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
