What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective boards for Governance Mastery
  • Conduct outreach (email, calls, meetings) and guide prospects through helpful steps
  • Facilitate Governance Mastery workshops (hybrid and/or in-person)
  • Maintain contact information and a simple pipeline report, and provide monthly activity summaries

Required skills and experience:

  • Strong governance and/or head of school experience
  • Strong existing relationships in the Greater Philadelphia and New York City areas
  • Strong attention to detail, writing and editing skills, and interpersonal skills
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
