Governance Mastery Consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective boards for Governance Mastery
• Conduct outreach (email, calls, meetings) and guide prospects through helpful steps
• Facilitate Governance Mastery workshops (hybrid and/or in-person)
• Maintain contact information and a simple pipeline report, and provide monthly activity summaries

This role expands the reach of Governance Mastery to bring it directly to school boards that need it most, helping to inspire wise change in schools and transform school leaders and their institutions.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong governance and/or head of school experience
• Strong existing relationships in the Greater Philadelphia and New York City areas
• Strong attention to detail, writing and editing skills, and interpersonal skills
• High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
