GM, Data Center Development

Core responsibilities:

• Lead Soluna's hyperscale data center business as a General Manager, with accountability for strategy, delivery, commercialization, and performance.
• Own end-to-end development and delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects, from early site evaluation through commissioning and operations.
• Own hyperscaler and AI customer relationships, including demand shaping, negotiations, and long-term commitments.
• Represent Soluna externally with hyperscalers, neoclouds, infrastructure partners, and industry stakeholders as part of a unified leadership team.

This role creates positive change by developing data center infrastructure purpose-built for AI workloads, which supports Soluna's mission to make the world greener through innovative energy solutions.

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in large, complex infrastructure development.
• 5+ years in hyperscale data centers, digital infrastructure, or AI-related development.
• Proven track record owning and delivering large, complex data center projects (100MW+ preferred).
• Deep knowledge of power infrastructure, utility engagement, and grid interconnections.
