Global Total Rewards Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Administer and support the organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and consistently understood across regions.
• Implement and maintain compensation philosophy and programs, including salary structures, annual salary planning, job classification, and benchmarking.
• Support benefits administration, including health & welfare, retirement, and wellness plans, and conduct benefits market analysis.
• Develop training, documentation, and guidance materials for compensation and benefits processes, and support HRIS functionality and data integrity.

This role advances Water For People's mission to develop high-quality drinking water and sanitation services for Everyone Forever by ensuring competitive and compliant total rewards programs that attract and retain talent, supporting the organization's global impact on water access and sanitation.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of working knowledge of global compensation practices and policies in an organization of similar size and complexity.
• Minimum five (5) years of working knowledge of multi-state US health benefits, leave, and corresponding legal and compliance documentation practices and policies.
• International compensation and benefits experience, with a solid understanding of international total rewards and long-term equity programs.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with large data sets and Microsoft Excel.
