Global Talent Ops. Delivery Lead

• Manage end-to-end operations of Global Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management services within the BGL center, ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery aligned with KPIs.
• Drive governance, risk management, and compliance across talent operations, maintaining data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, and automation to enhance efficiency and service excellence.
• Lead and develop a team of 15–20 members, fostering performance, career growth, and capability building.

• 12–15 years of experience in HR Operations, including Talent Management, Global Talent Acquisition Operations, and Learning & Development Operations.
• Strong project management experience and ability to drive organizational initiatives with leadership.
• Proven multi-stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Workday.
