Mission

What you will drive

  • Partner with external record-keeper and consultants to execute employee equity transactions, ensuring accurate and timely record keeping
  • Work with legal counsel to ensure timely creation of new grant agreements and necessary updates to existing grant agreements for equity plan changes as well as pertinent regulatory changes
  • Ensure compliance with all stock-based compensation reporting requirements, including Section 16, Proxy, and forms 10-K/Q, including drafting and filing of all Forms 3, 4 and 5 for corporate officers and directors
  • Assist with stock-based compensation accounting, reporting and analysis; Generate recurring reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners (HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Tax, etc.), and respond to both routine and ad-hoc data requests on a timely basis

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with stock plan administration
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting/Finance, or a related field
  • Achieved a Level III Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
  • Experience with Morgan Stanley E*Trade's Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform and Morgan Stanley
  • Proficient in Excel and G-suite; Google collaboration tools
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details required

  • Salary ranges: New York City + California: $136,000—$170,000 USD; San Francisco: $144,500—$180,600 USD; US National: $127,000—$158,700 USD
