Global Staff Engineer

• Lead innovation on complex, large-scale solutions and influence technical strategy across multiple teams.
• Define architectural standards and provide technical leadership, occasionally embedding into teams for code-level design or proofs-of-concept.
• Shape technical vision and product roadmaps to align with business goals.

• Demonstrable experience as a Staff Engineer designing and delivering solutions in complex business domains, particularly interface design and data modeling, with AWS and API design experience.
• Proven track record delivering global B2B2C SaaS (energy or other mission-critical industries).
• Experience driving adoption of modern engineering practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD).
• Ability to mentor senior engineers and lead technical audits.
