What you will drive

The Global Networks Manager will:

  • Grow, inspire, and support a dynamic network of local groups, volunteers, and partners across the globe, engaging them in national, regional, and global campaigns
  • Provide strategic direction, management, and guidance to ensure network-building work is strong, impactful, and aligned with global campaigns and programmatic goals
  • Develop and oversee systems, processes, and cross-regional collaboration needed to sustain healthy, resilient networks
  • Act as a critical link between regional network organizing and global strategy, ensuring networks inform and are integrated into campaigns, partnerships, and fundraising efforts

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in campaigning, organizing, or movement-building, including management of staff across multiple countries or regions
  • 3+ years of managing diverse and remote teams
  • Proven track record of building, supporting, and scaling volunteer-led or grassroots networks in the majority world/Global South
  • Strong experience managing and coaching staff from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge and experience applying justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) principles in campaigning and organizing contexts
  • Strong understanding of digital organizing and CRM systems, with experience using data to inform strategy
  • Excellent project management, facilitation, communication, and intercultural skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages strongly preferred
