Global Manager of Communities & In-Person Events ( Europe, Middle East, Asia & Oceania) Volunteer

Core responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor Regional City Lead Managers and local city leads across Europe, Middle East, Asia & Oceania
• Support city leads in planning and hosting high-quality local meetups and events
• Develop reporting frameworks and simple dashboards to track community performance
• Identify high-potential cities and help onboard new local chapters

This role helps build spaces where climate collaboration becomes action and supports thousands of climate doers accelerate meaningful change worldwide.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in community building, events management, or program operations
• Experience working with distributed teams or volunteer networks
• Familiarity with tools like Circle, WhatsApp, LUMA, Notion, Airtable
• Ability to work with multicultural teams across different time zones
