Global Manager of Communities & In-Person Events (Europe, Middle East, Asia & Oceania) Volunteer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Manager of Communities & In-Person Events to lead our community and event strategy across Europe, Middle East, Asia & Oceania. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our global community.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community and event strategy that aligns with our global goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our community members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver high-quality in-person events that meet our community's needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and community programs.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform community and event strategy decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and event planning.

About the Role:
- This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel required.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading community and event programs, with a strong understanding of community management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
- The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, event management).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community management and event planning.
- Proven track record of leading community and event programs.
- Strong understanding of community management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20% of the time).
