What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day IT operations across all global locations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems and networks
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), administer enterprise platforms, and ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness
  • Define, implement, and enforce IT security policies, standards, and controls, including user access governance, endpoint security, and compliance with frameworks like ISO, SOC, GDPR
  • Design and own the end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding framework across the organization, partnering with HR and business stakeholders

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of progressive IT experience, with experience managing global or multi-country IT operations
  • Strong hands-on experience in global IT operations and infrastructure, expertise in access management, endpoint security, and employee lifecycle IT controls
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and compliance frameworks, strong vendor management and cost optimization skills
