Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters related to the Employer of Record (EOR) and act as liaison between IEEFA and the EOR.
  • Lead complex recruitments and provide comprehensive recruitment strategies to ensure high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Partner with the HR Director to develop and deliver HR strategy, analyze workforce trends, and facilitate orientation and training programs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 2 years supporting leaders and personnel.
  • Experience supporting a distributed workforce.
  • Strong relationship-building, consultative, and influencing skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
