Global HR Partner

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters related to the Employer of Record (EOR) and act as liaison between IEEFA and the EOR.
• Lead complex recruitments and provide comprehensive recruitment strategies to ensure high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Partner with the HR Director to develop and deliver HR strategy, analyze workforce trends, and facilitate orientation and training programs.

This role supports IEEFA's mission to accelerate the transition to a diverse, sustainable, and profitable economy by building and nurturing a global team that conducts critical research on energy markets and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 2 years supporting leaders and personnel.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative, and influencing skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

USD $78,924 - 95,244 or local equivalent based on currency and cost of living adjustment. Benefits include one-time home office set-up allowance, monthly cell phone and internet stipend, optional co-working rental support, minimum 20 days vacation and 10 days sick leave.
