What you will drive

  • Collaborate with business units and SSIB to support solution development and commercialization, integrating OT×IT capabilities.

  • Proven experience in crafting segment strategies and scaling integrated OT×IT solution portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen with complex deal shaping, partner-led sales, and outcome-based contracting.
  • Excellent executive communication and ability to influence across cultures; English fluency required, Japanese proficiency a plus.
