Global Expansion & Operations Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment of new country offices, ensuring compliance and integration within ProVeg's international framework
• Support the Deputy CEO on time-sensitive expansion projects and prepare high-impact materials for executive decision-making
• Provide continuous operational support to both new and established offices, identifying risks and ensuring alignment across the global network
• Optimize process efficiency by building automation flows and integrating AI tools into existing country processes

This role accelerates the transition to a sustainable global food system by expanding ProVeg's international network, ensuring new country offices are compliant and integrated to maximize impact across continents.

Required qualifications:

• Relevant experience in international operations, ideally within a mid-size INGO or fast-scaling global startup
• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, Business Administration, or Public Administration (or similar)
• Project management skills and tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana)
• English language skills C1/C2 and advanced skills in building slides (e.g., PowerPoint, GSlides)
• AI literacy preferably with Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM
