What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment of new country offices, ensuring compliance and integration within ProVeg's international framework
- Support the Deputy CEO on time-sensitive expansion projects and prepare high-impact materials for executive decision-making
- Provide continuous operational support to both new and established offices, identifying risks and ensuring alignment across the global network
- Optimize process efficiency by building automation flows and integrating AI tools into existing country processes

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Relevant experience in international operations, ideally within a mid-size INGO or fast-scaling global startup
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, Business Administration, or Public Administration (or similar)
- Project management skills and tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana)
- English language skills C1/C2 and advanced skills in building slides (e.g., PowerPoint, GSlides)
- AI literacy preferably with Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM
