Global Events Manager - 16 Month Contract

• Own the planning and execution of key North America (NA) events from concept through on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Co-lead the planning and execution of Fusion, D2L's global annual user conference.
• Partner with global and regional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences.
• Coordinate event logistics, production, content, creative, messaging, and technical requirements.

This role creates positive change by planning and executing high-impact event experiences that engage audiences and support marketing and business objectives, ultimately helping D2L transform the way the world learns and improve human potential globally.

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing end-to-end in-person events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is an asset.

• Base Salary Range: $65,000—$90,000 CAD
