What you will drive

  • In this role, you'll lead HR operations for 160+ employees across U.S. and international locations, managing a team of 5.
  • Develop and implement compensation philosophy, oversee annual reviews, and manage benefits programs across jurisdictions.
  • Scale employment operations including immigration strategy, EOR vendor management, and U.K. entity transition.
  • Ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions, manage visa sponsorship, and lead employee relations matters.
  • Optimize HR systems, implement service delivery models, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Recruiting.
