Global Digital Fundraiser 

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee the Global Digital Fundraising program to create and deploy a strategy that delivers $3M+ in annual digital revenue
• Develop content and lead implementation of digital fundraising efforts across email, SMS, paid media, social media, and website
• Monitor and analyze the Global Digital Fundraising program's performance across all channels to ensure maximum ROI and meet annual goals
• Create compelling fundraising campaigns and assets that inspire donors to give, give again, and give larger donations

This role creates positive change by raising $3M+ annually to support 350.org's global grassroots movement to solve the climate crisis, enabling campaigns, organizing, and public actions in over 188 countries.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of creating and implementing effective digital fundraising strategies that have raised $3M+ annually in Europe and/or North America
• Significant experience with paid media strategies for digital fundraising across European markets and/or North America
• Strong familiarity with digital fundraising tools and platforms such as Google Suite, FundraiseUp, ActionKit, ActBlue, Meta, Salesforce
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS needed to run digital programs
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and benefits:

• Set, non-negotiable salaries at 350.org's internal salary grade level 2.3 (exact salary not provided in posting)
