Global Design & Data Visualization Specialist

• Prepare global reports, fact sheets, newsletters, presentations, and other products using IEEFA templates and brand standards.
• Work with analysts to identify and create data visualizations, including charts, graphs, maps, and explainers.
• Create graphics and digital assets for reports, website, social media, webinars, newsletters, videos, and events.
• Provide surge support and fill-in for regional design teams across Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South Asia.

This role helps accelerate the transition to a diverse, sustainable, and profitable economy by making IEEFA’s energy and financial analysis more accessible and compelling to global audiences, thereby influencing policy and investment decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, data visualization, digital media, or related, with 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office templates, Flourish or similar data visualization tools; familiarity with Canva and Drupal or similar.
• Ability to turn complex research and technical material into clear, accurate, and accessible visual products.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style.

One-year consultancy with possibility of extension; market-competitive compensation based on location, experience, and skills; remote work with flexible hours; travel for conference and team retreat when scheduled.
