Global Component Engineer - Conductors (Remote)

• Develop and maintain standardized component requirements to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to unify material specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Define and drive material standardization for specifications and sizes across the business unit
• Clarify global test methods for critical quality parameters of suppliers' parts and materials

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 2-3 years of experience
• Preferred experience in the transformer industry and a strong background in supplier technology development
• Advanced knowledge of component engineering and material specifications
• Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana and Windchill preferred
