Global Carbon Finance Manager

• Lead a $100M carbon asset financing program, managing end-to-end operations, governance, and strategic development of FarmCarbon, Sistema.bio's climate finance vehicle.
• Manage investor relations with existing FarmCarbon investors and support fundraising processes with potential new investors.
• Own the FarmCarbon financial model, develop financial planning tools, and coordinate carbon activity across the business.

This role channels global capital to farmers through high-integrity carbon assets, accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions that reduce emissions and improve livelihoods for smallholder farmers worldwide.

• Master's degree in Finance or related field; CFA, CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project finance or corporate finance with a focus on carbon or impact financing.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and asset valuation.
• Strong understanding of voluntary and compliance carbon markets, carbon standards, and regulatory requirements.
