What you will drive

  • Lead global account strategy for customers, aligning internal and external teams to deliver targets and optimize margins while expanding revenue.
  • Create robust Global Account Plans focusing on new business development through innovations, technologies, and global footprint.
  • Actively oversee quotation activity, manage pipeline and sales cycle to achieve targeted revenue growth and meet financial KPIs.
  • Develop senior-level customer contacts across regions to grow profitable sales and maintain positive customer relationships.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of field sales experience in manufacturing, specifically Medical Device OEM/Contract Manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge of elastomer/thermoplastic materials, injection molding, extrusion manufacturing, and quality standards (FDA, ISO, cGMP).
  • Strong skills in conceptual selling, account management, financial analysis, and proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com.
