Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic input and expertise to shape PGE's enterprise GIS vision and align geospatial capabilities with company goals
  • Lead the transition to the ESRI Utility Network and manage a high-performing technical team
  • Enhance and expand PGE's geospatial analytic capabilities while maintaining and strengthening geospatial data governance frameworks
  • Champion geospatial education initiatives, raise awareness of GIS capabilities, and promote adoption of geospatial solutions across business units

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Eight or more years in geographical information systems, including at least two years in informal or formal leadership
  • Expert knowledge of geospatial principles and techniques and systems used in department
  • Advanced skills in coaching, development, performance management, and resolving employee relations issues
