GIS Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input and expertise to shape PGE's enterprise GIS vision and align geospatial capabilities with company goals
• Lead the transition to the ESRI Utility Network and manage a high-performing technical team
• Enhance and expand PGE's geospatial analytic capabilities while maintaining and strengthening geospatial data governance frameworks
• Champion geospatial education initiatives, raise awareness of GIS capabilities, and promote adoption of geospatial solutions across business units

This role modernizes geospatial platforms and delivers solutions that directly support safe, reliable utility operations, ultimately enhancing the service experience for PGE's customers while driving advancements in clean energy that promote social, economic and environmental progress.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Eight or more years in geographical information systems, including at least two years in informal or formal leadership
• Expert knowledge of geospatial principles and techniques and systems used in department
• Advanced skills in coaching, development, performance management, and resolving employee relations issues

Compensation Range: $119,840.00 - $222,560.00 plus performance-based incentive bonus.
