Mission
What you will drive
- Identify, prioritize, plan, and implement restoration projects to improve fish passage, streamflow, habitat, and water quality in northern Georgia watersheds.
- Collaborate with federal, state, non-profit, and volunteer partners to advance conservation goals.
- Assist with grant writing, budgeting, permitting, and geomorphic surveys for habitat restoration.
- Communicate project successes and engage TU chapters and volunteers in project work.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in conservation project management.
- Working knowledge of fisheries, aquatic resource management, geomorphology, or restoration design/engineering.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with grant writing, grant management, or fundraising; familiarity with federal/state regulations for instream work.
