General Manager

• Own and manage the P&L, team, and strategic direction for a large and complex market or region
• Be the operational expert for your region, champion operational excellence, own end-to-end operational improvements, advising teams and influencing innovation across the company
• Apply your deep understanding of the business mechanics to manage revenue and cost line items to target and conduct regular analysis on your region identifying trends and implementing recommendations to grow and optimize
• Act as the face of Lime to the region and partners with the Government Relations team to develop policy and strategy for the region

This role helps build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free by managing Lime's operations in a region, contributing to the company's mission of providing clean alternatives to car ownership and reducing carbon emissions through shared micromobility.

• 7+ years of experience as a highly cross-functional visionary manager within an operations, management consultancy, financial, business analyst, or equivalent role with demonstrated background in driving operational excellence, experience owning a P&L, advanced understanding of metrics/KPIs, and advanced knowledge of warehouse operations
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of professional level staff for a large and complex market or region
• Analytically minded with strong understanding of real-time marketplaces, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL a plus), comfortable identifying and resolving complex issues
• Excellent communicator able to flex style for internal and external stakeholders, detail-oriented with focus on process improvement, self-motivated and energetic
