Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as the chief legal advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, providing guidance on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and enterprise risk.
  • Lead, negotiate, draft, and execute complex transactions including project finance deals, joint ventures, M&A, strategic partnerships, construction and procurement agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Oversee legal support for capital formation activities, including equity and debt financing, investor documentation, due diligence, and securities compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain corporate policies, legal processes, and internal controls that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 10+ years of broad legal experience, including significant exposure to complex transactional work (project finance, M&A, infrastructure, or related fields).
  • Experience supporting high-growth, technology-driven, or capital-intensive businesses.
  • Strong understanding of securities law, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
