Gas Commissioning Senior Manager

• Define and execute the end-to-end commissioning strategy across a diverse fleet of power generation assets, including large-scale reciprocating engine plants and gas turbine installations.
• Lead upstream design review and refinement of EPC contract exhibits to ensure commissioning-by-phase requirements are clearly defined and optimized for field execution.
• Direct third-party commissioning teams, serve as primary interface with OEM technical representatives, and ensure systems meet performance, heat rate, and emissions guarantees.
• Oversee fuel infrastructure readiness, plant-wide control system validation, and ensure high-quality commissioning data capture for long-term reliability programs.

This role directly enables the rapid deployment of clean energy infrastructure by ensuring gas-fired power plants are commissioned efficiently and reliably, supporting the transition to a sustainable energy grid and reducing carbon emissions.

• 10+ years of experience in power plant commissioning with direct expertise across reciprocating engines and gas turbine technologies.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and refining EPC technical exhibits and performance testing protocols for complex, multi-asset projects.
• Strong ability to lead third-party teams while providing technical guidance and challenge to upstream engineering and design decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
