What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Work across organizations to build project identity and strategy with vision for implementation and communication
  • Organize and track project activities, milestones, and delivery while reporting grant progress to funders
  • Cultivate, seek, and maintain strategic relationships with key allies including government agencies, NGOs, and scientific partners
  • Work closely with core team and organization teams to execute key activities and manage budget

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in climate and/or biodiversity space with proven track record of project leadership and delivery
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  • Senior-level presence to credibly represent organizational strategy in high-level conversations without supervision
  • Self-directed, autonomous, ambitious with ability to understand and communicate complex policy and science concepts

What's in it for you

Compensation range is USD $5,000-6,600 per month with global compensation multiplier to ensure equity across regions. This is a 3-year consultancy role as a contractor with initial 3-month trial period, fully remote with travel requirements.
