Mission
What you will drive
Manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation partnerships from outreach through close and renewal, including drafting proposals and budgets using existing templates, adapting materials as needed, leading renewal conversations, and closing partnerships.
Support a healthy pipeline by maintaining a clear, up-to-date picture of where each prospect stands in Salesforce and working with colleagues across the organization to gather inputs for proposals, reports, and renewals.
Contribute to team tools and learning by helping improve shared resources like sponsorship decks, proposal language, and outreach templates, and documenting insights and patterns to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the full fundraising team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Strong organizational instincts and comfort managing multiple conversations at once, reliable follow-through and care with details, clear compelling writing, strong communication skills and comfort presenting the organization to prospective funders, ability to work independently (and virtually) while staying connected to a virtual team.
Experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development, or a related area, familiarity with Salesforce.
Bonus: Background in CSR, corporate philanthropy, or foundation work, experience presenting to mid-level corporate stakeholders.
