Fundraising Manager

About the Role

The role involves managing various events and fundraising streams to achieve set targets, as well as developing new income streams and engaging with supporters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver challenge events, special events, and community fundraising streams to achieve set targets
• Develop income streams by engaging supporters and creating initiatives to introduce new people to the organization
• Assume account management of smaller corporate and community partnerships and support larger partnerships
• Effectively steward fundraisers to ensure excellent supporter experience and build strong relationships with stakeholders

This role helps ensure babies and children receive vital medical treatment through life-saving aeromedical transfers and provides wrap-around support for families during crises, creating long-term improved health and well-being outcomes.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of three years proven experience in a fundraising role, preferably in challenge, community or special events fundraising
• Demonstrable ability to build relationships and effectively steward and support fundraisers to exceed targets
• Experience in writing stewardship plans and creating engaging fundraising collateral for donors and supporters
• Experience developing and managing fundraising events from design to completion, including logistical planning, budgeting, and evaluation
