Fundraising Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Work with the internal team to identify funding needs and create social media fundraising campaigns
• Research and identify grant opportunities, prepare formal grant applications with strong narratives and accurate budgets
• Maintain strong relationships with funders, draft fundraising appeals, and manage donor/grant databases
• Collect and analyze data from the nationwide network, complete grant reports, and assist in fundraising trainings for partners

This role creates positive change by securing funding that enables the organization to provide free or low-cost legal counsel, advocacy, and support services to immigrants seeking legal status in the United States, pursuing justice and offering safety, trust, and belonging.

Required qualifications:

• 3 years' experience in grant writing in the non-profit sector
• Experience in immigration or racial justice work is highly desired
• Experience in data collection and analysis
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and grant databases

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $60,000-65,000 per year
