Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Work with the internal team to identify funding needs and create social media fundraising campaigns
  • Research and identify grant opportunities, prepare formal grant applications with strong narratives and accurate budgets
  • Maintain strong relationships with funders, draft fundraising appeals, and manage donor/grant databases
  • Collect and analyze data from the nationwide network, complete grant reports, and assist in fundraising trainings for partners

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in grant writing in the non-profit sector
  • Experience in immigration or racial justice work is highly desired
  • Experience in data collection and analysis
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and grant databases
