About the Role

The Warmth Initiative is seeking a proactive and results-driven Fundraising Lead to develop and execute strategies that generate financial support for our programs and outreach activities. This is a commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies
  • Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners
  • Execute online and offline fundraising campaigns
  • Maintain proper documentation of outreach and donor engagement
  • Submit weekly progress reports
  • Ensure transparency in all fundraising activities

  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Previous fundraising experience is an advantage

We are looking for someone strategic, persistent, and comfortable engaging donors, partners, and supporters.
