About the Role
The Warmth Initiative is seeking a proactive and results-driven Fundraising Lead to develop and execute strategies that generate financial support for our programs and outreach activities. This is a commission-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies
- Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners
- Execute online and offline fundraising campaigns
- Maintain proper documentation of outreach and donor engagement
- Submit weekly progress reports
- Ensure transparency in all fundraising activities
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strategic thinking and initiative
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Previous fundraising experience is an advantage

We are looking for someone strategic, persistent, and comfortable engaging donors, partners, and supporters.
