Mission
What you will drive
The Warmth Initiative is seeking a proactive and results-driven Fundraising Lead to develop and execute strategies that generate financial support for our programs and outreach activities. This is a commission-based role. The Fundraising Lead will earn 10% of all verified funds successfully raised each month. There is no fixed base salary. We are looking for someone strategic, persistent, and comfortable engaging donors, partners, and supporters. Key Responsibilities ●Develop and implement fundraising strategies ●Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners ●Execute online and offline fundraising campaigns ●Maintain proper documentation of outreach and donor engagement ●Submit weekly progress reports ●Ensure transparency in all fundraising activities Compensation Structure 10% commission on verified funds raised monthly ●Funds must be received in the organisation’s official account before commission is calculated ●No fixed salary ●1-month probation period Requirements ●Strong communication and persuasion skills ●Ability to work independently and meet targets ●Strategic thinking and initiative ●High level of integrity and accountability ●Previous fundraising experience is an advantage
