What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead L&DC's overall fundraising and resource mobilisation efforts
- Develop, maintain and expand a prospect list of potential funders including foundations, philanthropic institutions, bilateral and multilateral donors
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective funders
- Lead the development of funding proposals, concept notes, and grant applications

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant professional experience in fundraising, resource mobilisation and/or development
- Proven experience securing funding for non-profit organisations
- Demonstrated experience leading proposal development and managing complex funding applications
- Experience working in climate, development, human rights or social justice contexts is strongly preferred
