Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead L&DC's overall fundraising and resource mobilisation efforts
  • Develop, maintain and expand a prospect list of potential funders including foundations, philanthropic institutions, bilateral and multilateral donors
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective funders
  • Lead the development of funding proposals, concept notes, and grant applications

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant professional experience in fundraising, resource mobilisation and/or development
  • Proven experience securing funding for non-profit organisations
  • Demonstrated experience leading proposal development and managing complex funding applications
  • Experience working in climate, development, human rights or social justice contexts is strongly preferred
