Fundraising & Donor Engagement Coordinator (Volunteer)

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns (online and community-based)
• Help build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters
• Research potential grant opportunities and assist in preparing grant proposals
• Track fundraising progress and assist in preparing reports to communicate outcomes

This role directly supports the expansion of native planting projects and community grants, helping restore biodiversity and create sustainable habitats for pollinators across the United States.

• Passion for environmental conservation, native plants, or biodiversity
• Interest or experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or marketing
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely

Hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor development; opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental impact nationwide; flexible schedule in a collaborative, mission-driven organization; ability to help shape and grow a key function within a growing nonprofit.
