Fundraising Associate (Contract)

Core responsibilities:

• Researching likely individual donors and corporate sponsors
• Making cold calls to foundations and prospective donors
• Providing input on strategy for foundation and individual donor acquisition
• Assisting with other fundraising campaigns on an ad hoc basis
• Collaborating with the Executive Director on outreach strategy and messaging

This role helps Flexus build sustainable revenue streams to support their mission of creating inclusive musical experiences that deepen understanding, spark creativity, and empower people of all ages to engage with music in meaningful ways.

Required skills and experience:

• Results-driven nonprofit development professional
• Experience in individual giving, grant writing, donor relations, and arts fundraising
• Ability to work closely with organizational leadership
• Experience building sustainable revenue streams and helping organizations reach fundraising goals

This is a flexible, remote, hourly contract position with the opportunity to grow alongside a young, mission-driven arts nonprofit. No specific salary, compensation, or benefits are mentioned in the posting.
