Fundraising and Communications Officer

Core responsibilities:

• Source and produce articles, blogs, and stories for Reef-World and Green Fins websites through volunteers, consultants, journalists, and bloggers
• Support public awareness and fundraising campaigns across web, email, and social media channels
• Maintain accurate donor, supporter, and partner records in the CRM system (Brevo)
• Provide design support for key marketing and communications materials such as annual Impact Report, newsletters, and fundraising packs

This role strengthens Reef-World's public profile, deepens engagement with partners and supporters, and contributes to the organization's financial sustainability to support marine conservation efforts.

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create clear, engaging content for various audiences
• Confident using digital communication tools including WordPress, Squarespace, email marketing platforms (Brevo), and social media channels
• Competent in using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create on-brand educational and marketing assets
• Understanding of donor stewardship and supporter care principles with experience maintaining accurate data in CRM systems
