About the Role

Responsibilities

• Diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral de fundraising de la Fundación
• Identificar oportunidades de financiamiento público, privado e internacional
• Diseñar el plan anual de fundraising y gestionar un pipeline de oportunidades
• Redactar propuestas técnicas y narrativas institucionales para convocatorias, grants y premios

This role strengthens the financial sustainability of health innovation projects, enabling the scaling of impact programs in home care, mental health, and applied technology for healthcare.

Required skills and experience:

• Experiencia comprobable en fundraising para ONG, fundaciones o proyectos de impacto
• Experiencia en presentación a grants y organismos financiadores
• Excelente capacidad de redacción estratégica
• Conocimiento del ecosistema filantrópico argentino y/o internacional
• Autonomía, orientación a resultados, y capacidad de planificación y organización
