Full-Stack Web Developer

• Develop and architect the codebase and architecture of the main website using Laravel (PHP), Statamic (CMS), Next.js (Node.js), and Tailwind CSS
• Champion and implement SEO best practices to maximize organic search visibility and support traffic growth
• Implement and iterate on web features and landing pages designed to enhance the user journey and drive lead conversions
• Work closely with the Web Manager, Marketing, Content, and creative colleagues to translate business objectives into high-quality web experiences

This role creates positive change by enhancing the company's digital platform for the solar industry, supporting customer discovery and lead generation, and contributing to the global transition to clean energy through efficient solar project development software.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack, or combined front-end/back-end web development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong, demonstrable proficiency across the primary stack: Laravel/PHP, Statamic (or other modern headless CMS), Next.js/Node.js, HTML, CSS (specifically Tailwind), and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid, practical understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (crawling, indexing, structured data) and a track record of building performant sites optimized for search
• Extensive experience with Git/GitHub, modern development workflows, and a commitment to best practices in performance and accessibility
