Full-Stack Software Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Build AidKit's no/low-code platform that allows organizations to create bespoke experiences without custom software
• Go from vague problems to fully fleshed-out solutions across multiple layers of the stack that address real business needs
• Write clean, extensible, secure, and documented code to expand the platform
• Write and review design documents for upcoming product and technical components and features

This role creates positive change by building technology that transforms complex cash assistance programs into streamlined, secure, and dignified experiences, making aid radically accessible for diverse populations including unhoused and unbanked individuals.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience building full-stack web applications (Typescript preferred but not required)
• Willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to serve those in need
• Eager to tackle complex problems and comfortable working with ambiguity
• Deep care about the mission of direct aid and supporting anyone who needs help

Compensation and benefits:
