Full Stack Product Engineer | Digital Infrastructure

Core responsibilities:

• Drive full-stack feature development from conception to deployment, taking ownership of key product initiatives
• Build robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Optimize prompts, fine-tune AI model behavior, and rigorously evaluate performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our digital products

This role contributes to revolutionizing electric aviation by building resilient AI systems that solve real user problems and transform the organization into a fully AI-enabled enterprise, positively impacting the environment and lives of others.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong full-stack foundation — from building frontend components to developing APIs and integrating third-party services
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into real-world applications
• Proficiency with modern development practices and meaningful real-world experience
• Experience working on user-facing products, with the ability to distinguish signal from noise through direct customer engagement
