Full-stack Engineer (Product)

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team lead to refine tool requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectures
• Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack, from responsive front-end interfaces to scalable backend services in Python
• Build intuitive user interfaces that help customers understand and act on AI agent safety & security evaluations
• Work side-by-side with researchers and software engineers, participating in code reviews and technical discussions

This role helps transform complex AI research into practical tools that reduce risks from AI, making AI agent safety accessible at scale for customers and building products that monitor AI coding agents for safety and security failures.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with full stack development including React for front-end and Python for back-end
• Ability to design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Experience building responsive user interfaces and interactive data visualizations
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with researchers and other engineers
