Full Stack Engineer

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions across the Field Operations Platform.
• Deliver well-structured, secure, and maintainable code adhering to engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads (Product, QA, Architecture, Operations) to deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical refinement sessions.

This role directly contributes to building a greener, fairer energy system by optimizing field operations to reduce fossil fuel reliance and improve customer service efficiency.

• Demonstrated experience as a software engineer in a modern product or platform environment.
• Working knowledge of modern software engineering practices: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, code review.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Data Pipelines, Databricks, Azure, SQL, PySpark, and big data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
