What you will drive
What You'll Build:
- External Product (≈40%): Build features for the Landowner Portal, handling onboarding, data collection, project tracking, and credit forecasting.
- Internal Tools & Infrastructure (≈60%): Develop data ingestion pipelines, verification workflow automation, and contribute to the digital twin system - the auditable representation of each land parcel.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to shape solutions, GIS Lead on spatial data workflows and the digital twin, and Head of Verification on audit-ready systems.
- Make architectural decisions on greenfield systems like the digital twin and shape how the team builds as it scales.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required:
- 3+ years as a full-stack engineer
- Strong React experience (using Remix.js extensively)
- Back-end experience with Java and Spring Boot or similar
- Comfort with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Fluency in English
Valued:
- Experience working with complex or spatial data (GIS, geospatial, scientific data)
- Data pipeline and ingestion experience (parsing structured/unstructured documents, ETL workflows)
- Early-stage startup experience where you balanced quality with speed
- Building tools for internal users alongside external products
- DevOps capabilities (no dedicated infrastructure engineers)
- 5+ years experience and ready to take on architectural ownership and technical leadership
